Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute import and export shipments from initial quote to final delivery.
  • •Handle LTL/FTL shipments, including hazardous materials, in line with required regulations.
  • •Arrange delivery orders and bills of lading; coordinate customs clearance and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • •Monitor and maintain milestone and status updates in CargoWise; maintain accurate records and payment vouchers.
  • •Coordinate with suppliers, clients, shipping lines, transporters, and brokers to manage payments, shipment details, and dispatch activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business or any other field.
  • •3-4 years of relevant experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.
  • •Experience in operations with broad knowledge of regulations.
  • •CargoWise experience is preferred.
  • •Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong professional email writing.
