Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general to complex automotive repairs across all makes and models, including timing belts, suspension, and heavy engine work.
  • •Diagnose and repair advanced electrical issues, including for electric and hybrid vehicles.
  • •Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles and vehicle climate control systems (ACs, heater cores).
  • •Work in Carvana’s Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools as part of the reconditioning process.
  • •Support business needs by being able to work mandatory overtime if required.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
  • •Ability to physically operate vehicle tools and equipment, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •At least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, masks, and other protective garments.
