Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage security operations engineering activities for managed security service onboarding and deployment.
  • •Coordinate with customers to deploy log collectors and agent software, and test/confirm services are activated.
  • •Monitor and operate centralized SIEM/SOAR platforms and provide 3rd-level operational support for managed security products.
  • •Configure and tune AWS environments, ensuring appropriate tagging and documentation of environment details.
  • •Set up and manage customer communications/connectivity such as site-to-site IPsec/VPN and participate in rotational on-call support after hours and weekends.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience deploying and operationalizing managed security services and coordinating with customers’ internal IT teams.
  • •Ability to script and configure GPO or similar methods for agent/EDR deployment.
  • •Hands-on capability to manage and support SIEM/SOAR platforms, including monitoring, hardening, patching, and upgrades.
  • •Strong analysis skills for network and system vulnerability assessments, documenting findings and recommendations.
  • •Preferably some working experience with Active Directory and basic SIEM knowledge, including log collection methods and use-case development.
