Key Responsibilities

•Own and continuously develop the Group's banking infrastructure across 30+ operating entities, ensuring account availability, diversification, and resilience across jurisdictions.
•Define and execute the bank and fintech partner strategy: sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management with RMs across banks and EMIs.
•Build and maintain a structured pipeline of banking partners, driving proactive outreach and positioning Group companies for successful onboarding.
•Manage account-level risk and diversification, ensuring uninterrupted payment flows.
•Support restructuring initiatives, corporate changes, annual KYC and data updates in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•5 years of experience working in Finance in international companies, banks, IT companies.
•Solid understanding of payment systems and international business, involving cross-border transactions and multi-currency payments.

•Proficient level of Excel.
•English B2+.
