  • •Recruit, mentor, and lead a group of up to four full-stack .NET developers while staying hands-on with coding.
  • •Lead daily shipping of working software via a fast-paced Kanban workflow and iterate based on findings and feedback.
  • •Partner with core digital assets, product, compliance, and treasury domain experts to translate emerging requirements into shippable, enterprise-ready features.
  • •Define engineering practices for the team, including coding standards, reviews, testing strategies, and deployment patterns.
