Key Requirements

  • •Coursework or relevant experience in CMOS memory or datapath circuit design.
  • •Strong knowledge of SRAM transistor-level behavior, failure modes, and statistical analysis techniques.
  • •Knowledge of CMOS fabrication methods, digital circuits, and device physics.
  • •Strong Linux and shell scripting skills, plus hands-on experience with lab equipment, silicon testing, and debug.
  • •Programming skills in Python and C++ (preferred), and experience with perl or tcl.
