Job Summary

Lead APAC Real Estate product management for Invesco’s Private Markets offerings, overseeing product professionals and serving as the regional real estate product specialist. Own product governance standards, coordinate client/consultant/prospect inquiries, and support new co-mingled fund structure development. Manage RFP production, client onboarding (including AML/KYC coordination and side letters), investor communications and calls, and ensure investor information and fund documentation are accurately maintained across internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage/oversee the APAC Real Estate Product Management Department and develop the APAC Private Markets Product professionals.
•Serve as regional real estate product specialist, coordinating client, consultant, and prospect inquiries for IPM and direct real estate products.
•Support design and development of new co-mingled fund structures investing in direct APAC Real Estate and ensure product governance meets internal and regulatory standards.
•Direct production/coordination of direct real estate RFPs, coordinate client onboarding for investing in direct real estate commingled funds, and oversee side letters with Legal/Compliance.
•Manage investor communications, quarterly/annual meetings and approvals/voting, coordinate investor transaction requests, and ensure investor information and fund documentation are correctly recorded and delivered.
