Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up AV systems including projectors, sound systems, video conferencing equipment, screens, and video/still cameras for events and operations.
  • •Test equipment before events, operate during rehearsals and events, and provide troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair as needed.
  • •Manage equipment booking and tracking, and check venue AV equipment while recommending or organizing upgrades when necessary.
  • •Coordinate AV requirements based on the Banquet Events Order (BEO) or client instructions.
  • •Train banquet staff on operating equipment, assist guests during events, and maintain accurate records for equipment, inventory, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •AV Technical Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Knowledge operating multi-input AV systems and equipment such as projectors, screens, and related components.
  • •At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a related AV/technical field.
  • •Experience in hotel industry.
  • •Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills with familiarity in AV setup, wiring, and signal routing.
