Sales Associate

Represent the brand on the sales floor by delivering exceptional customer service and driving store sales. Assist customers in selecting products, convert shoppers into buyers, and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program. Handle key store operations including visual merchandising, stock display and inventory inward/outward reporting, POS/billing counter duties, and cash-till procedures. Follow SOPs and loss-prevention policies while maintaining product knowledge and strong store security vigilance.
