Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and improve global performance dashboards, benchmark trending, and executive-ready reporting.
  • •Maintain program/project tracking tools and support monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • •Support automation and AI-enabled reporting solutions.
  • •Partner with global program leads to plan, complete, and sustain organizational change initiatives, including deliverables and site rollouts.
  • •Support audits and compliance checks, reinforce standard work and governance cadence, and supervise adoption and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in Project Management and Organisational Change Management.
  • •Experience supporting organizational change, including assessing change impacts and driving adoption.
  • •Strong analytical skills with effective presentation capabilities.
