Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit, develop, and manage people leaders and individual roles across engineering, QA, product ownership, and support in Pune.
  • •Build high-performing squads with strong delivery discipline, clear engineering career pathways, and consistent outcomes against director-provided workflows.
  • •Set and evolve global engineering standards, coding practices, architectural approaches, and quality expectations across C&T squads across locations.
  • •Lead AI-oriented engineering transformation by adopting AI-enhanced tools, processes, and methods, and managing safe, effective, value-driven AI use.
  • •Provide senior technical authority and hands-on insight when needed, including presales client-facing and executive-level discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep engineering background with proven hands-on software development experience earlier in your career.
  • •Strong awareness of cloud engineering, enterprise SaaS platforms, security standards, scalable architectures, and quality engineering.
  • •Proven ability to build and scale engineering organizations, including leadership of people leaders.
  • •Experience managing or guiding architects and senior engineers, with strong understanding of AI’s impact on engineering workflows and software lifecycle practices.
  • •Ability to coach, mentor, and grow talent across multiple seniority levels, while communicating effectively across time zones, cultures, and disciplines.
