Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide courteous, client-focused service by completing both complex and standardized transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities.
  • •Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions to client needs.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; act as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
