Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and operate Zyte’s internal SaaS platform and automated business systems that power a global remote organization.
  • •Write code and build automation tooling (scripts, services, integrations, and internal CLI tools) to automate internal IT and business workflows.
  • •Design and implement reliable API-driven integrations across internal systems (CRMs, billing/subscription, support platforms, and collaboration tools) including data syncing and entitlement provisioning.
  • •Introduce AI-assisted and AI-driven workflows (e.g., support assistants, LLM knowledge retrieval, automated ticket triage, AI copilots) into internal operations.
  • •Deliver IT service management with root-cause analysis while ensuring security & compliance through endpoint security, MDM, access audits, and Zero Trust principles.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in IT Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Systems Engineering, or Platform Engineering, including 3+ years in a senior role owning internal business systems and automation at a SaaS/tech company.
  • •Strong scripting/programming ability in Python, Go, Bash, and Node.js.
  • •Experience operating GCP and AWS environments (including VPCs, IAM roles, and EC2/S3).
  • •Strong API and integration engineering experience with REST/GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks, and SaaS SDKs/frameworks.
  • •Deep knowledge of macOS and Linux, plus experience with identity/security (SSO/SAML/SCIM, Zero Trust) and compliance/audits (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR).
