Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with strong academic credentials.
  • •2–8 years of experience at a law firm in Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) (or similar) or in-house experience with a technology company.
  • •Knowledge and experience in blockchain technologies are preferred but not required.
  • •Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • •Membership in the New York State Bar is preferred but not required if admitted in another jurisdiction.
