Key Responsibilities

  • •Review design-stage risk management information to identify hazards and mitigation opportunities.
  • •Collaborate with designers to develop creative and effective hazard-mitigation strategies and ensure design routes meet safety requirements.
  • •Assist in gathering information to inform risk profiles, PCI, HSF or BSA compliance plans and compile documentation for CDM compliance.
  • •Provide expert advisory support to clients and stakeholders on their legal responsibilities under CDM 2015 and Building Safety Act 2022.
  • •Contribute to safety in design project strategies, plans, and project-specific approaches across multidisciplinary teams.
