Oversee maintenance activities, coordinate with vendors and contractors, and manage housekeeping/soft services in line with safety guidelines. Drive contract delivery performance against SLA/KPIs, prepare monthly operational reports, coordinate procurement and purchase orders, and manage staff onboarding, meetings, and site visits. Execute energy management and technology/ROI initiatives.
