Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Facilities Managers/clients with day-to-day operational management of all hard FM services to keep facilities safe and functional.
  • •Oversee maintenance activities and coordinate vendors/contractors, including specialist contractor/vendor management within scope.
  • •Monitor and manage contract service delivery performance to ensure compliance with SLA/KPIs, resolving and escalating issues as needed.
  • •Prepare monthly operational reports and support monthly account reviews with the line manager.
  • •Handle procurement activities (materials/services/projects, local purchase orders), coordinate invoices with Admin/Finance, and support staff induction/training and site visits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Engineering/Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •3 to 5 years of experience delivering structured contracts with standard SLA/KPI applicability.
  • •Knowledge of CAFM systems with effective implementation of full modules.
  • •Certification preferred, such as IOSH/NEBOSH and CFM.
  • •Valid driving license (mandatory).
