  • •Lead and facilitate site continuous improvement activities and develop ongoing improvement opportunities aligned to business/stakeholder needs.
  • •Develop and maintain Operational Excellence tools and contribute Operational Excellence expertise to APAC.
  • •Coordinate regional alignment with the global Operational Excellence team and support implementation of APAC X-Matrix with functions and stakeholders.
  • •Develop and lead site continuous and productivity improvement programs with rotating tactical plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree majoring in chemical or industrial engineering.
  • •5+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably chemicals or a relevant industrial field.
  • •Certified as a Six-Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
  • •Experience in various operations roles.
  • •Strong influencing/communication skills with fluency in English (speaking and writing).
