Continuous Improvement Manager

Lead and facilitate site continuous improvement activities as a member of the site leadership team, building improvement opportunities aligned with business and stakeholder requirements. Serve as the Operational Excellence expert for APAC, developing and maintaining Operational Excellence tools and running strategic initiatives such as the APAC X-Matrix and regional productivity improvement plans. Coordinate implementation support across functions while influencing site leadership decisions, and champion EHS & Compliance “Zero Harm” within the CI function.
