Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the periodic review, enhancement, and localized rollout of global compliance policies and procedures.
  • •Monitor and manage the compliance group email, review and respond with operational guidance on compliance advice requests.
  • •Centrally manage compliance activities, maintain program trackers, and prepare periodic compliance reports for senior leadership.
  • •Raise awareness of Ethics & Compliance policies and lead onboarding processes for new employees; manage the global Training & Awareness calendar.
  • •Develop and enforce a robust compliance framework for regional safety, labelling, and certification standards; support restricted-item policies and related controls.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field with robust experience managing corporate ethics and compliance programs.
  • •Strong project management and analytical skills with a proven track record overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • •Highly organized and proactive, able to work autonomously while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • •Experience designing, implementing, and monitoring compliance policies, conflict of interest programs, and global training rollouts.
