Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
  • •Mentor and develop project managers and junior staff, fostering technical excellence and collaborative culture.
  • •Drive resource planning and team performance to meet project milestones and KPIs.
  • •Act as the primary point of contact for clients on data centre projects, ensuring clear communication and trust.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience in managing discipline-specific scopes within large-scale or multidisciplinary projects.
  • •Strong technical understanding of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and compliance requirements.
  • •Effective leadership and stakeholder management skills within a collaborative project environment.
