Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full-spectrum doula support for birth and postpartum care.
  • •Partner with Loula as an independent contractor in a non-exclusive network.
  • •Participate in Loula’s intake process and introductory call if minimum qualifications are met.
  • •Use provided Loula support services (credentialing, insurance verification, billing, and payment) to focus on client care.
  • •Engage in Loula’s client referral/doula matching program to receive insured client referrals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training and attended 3 births as a doula, or have 5 years of doula experience with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •Must be located in California and meet the minimum qualifications to move forward with an introductory meeting.
