Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the account opening process for new and existing private banking clients.
  • •Execute day-to-day KYC maintenance, including documentation collection and maintaining client/account profiles and approvals.
  • •Support Relationship Managers with client engagement and accompany them on customer meetings for account opening and product information.
  • •Partner with Operations, Compliance, and internal product teams to facilitate account opening approvals.
  • •Assist with input to the client database and monitor periodic review reports to ensure timely client contact, while following compliance and internal controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • •Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken) language skills required.
  • •Strong experience in private banking or equivalent high net worth client experience.
  • •Client-focused with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
  • •Sound judgment, urgency, integrity, and strong understanding of regulations and financial markets/products.
