Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heavy mobile mining equipment (haul trucks, loaders, dozers, graders, and ancillary equipment).
  • •Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and condition-monitoring in accordance with OEM and maintenance schedules.
  • •Identify root causes of equipment failures, complete corrective repairs, and support reliability initiatives to reduce downtime.
  • •Maintain and repair auxiliary site equipment, including light vehicles, compressors, pumps, and generators as needed.
  • •Document inspections, repairs, parts used, equipment condition, and maintenance activity in work orders, logs, and maintenance systems while following MSHA, lockout/tagout, PPE, and SOPs.
