Job Summary

Own the commercial growth and success of the F&B vertical at Adyen as part of the Commercial Strategy & GTM team. Define and drive global go-to-market strategy, create playbooks, competitive analysis, and business cases, and act as the F&B subject matter expert. Partner with product and the Head of F&B/Hospitality to inform pricing, packaging, segmentation, and product/partnership opportunities across NA and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the health and performance of the F&B vertical to support general management and strategic direction.
•Define and drive global commercial strategy for F&B, producing go-to-market playbooks, competitive analysis, and business cases.
•Serve as the internal and external SME for F&B, understanding POS, loyalty, and channels including online, drive-thru, and kiosk.
•Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities for product innovation, differentiation, and strategic ecosystem partnerships.
•Develop and maintain customer segmentation and inform growth initiatives using industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience combining deep F&B industry knowledge (restaurants, coffee, and/or F&B vertical SaaS) with expertise in payments or financial technology.
•Strong passion for the F&B space with a customer-centric mindset focused on customer success.
•Ability to develop data-backed strategies and navigate complex blockers to achieve commercial goals.
•Experience and passion for GTM strategy and execution.
•Ability to translate customer feedback into tangible, data-driven business cases that drive influence.
