Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise and monitor junior staff to ensure adherence to departmental rules and policies.
  • •Ensure sufficient inventory of supplies and equipment; report shortages and order/approve replenishments when needed.
  • •Assess patients, identify needs, plan interventions, implement, evaluate, and adjust treatment programs for changing needs.
  • •Provide communication and consent support, including working within legal frameworks for patients lacking capacity.
  • •Promote quality and safety, maintain strict confidentiality, document interventions, and support clinical audit and SOP/quality assurance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •NLT 2 years post-graduate experience as an Occupational Therapist with relevant patient diagnoses in acute care hospitals or rehab facilities.
