Lead the design and deployment of AI-powered creative workflows inside client production environments, mapping existing creative workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and building production-ready AI pipelines. Work hands-on in cross-functional teams with creativity directors, producers, and marketing tech leads to balance automation with human oversight, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, throughput, and governance across DAM, CMS, and marketing stacks.

Key Responsibilities

•Map creative workflows end-to-end, including briefing, concepting, production, review, localization, activation, and measurement.
•Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
•Diagnose root causes of workflow friction, including approval delays, handoff failures, tooling gaps, and governance challenges.
•Design future-state workflows that balance AI automation and human oversight.
•Configure and implement creative AI platforms and tools against real production requirements.
