•Support networking strategy, salary negotiation, freelancing planning, and ongoing skill building.
•Host coaching sessions virtually and set your own hours and rates.
•Partner with Leland’s team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on ministry or faith leadership experience.
•Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
•A clear, structured approach to helping clients grow both their expertise and calling.
•Ability to provide spiritual leadership and support through counseling and guidance.
•Experience or comfort supporting career growth activities like resume and LinkedIn review and interview preparation.
