Job Summary

Serve as an individual contributor within Client Services, helping enable new Visa solutions across consumer payments, platforms, value-added services, and acceptance or money movement offerings. Gather and document project requirements, coordinate workstreams, and provide client consultative guidance on regulations, fees, features, and functionality. Lead pilot projects with banks, partners, processors, and service providers, while creating training materials, implementation processes, and toolkits for operational readiness and BAU transition.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute Visa new solution initiatives impacting clients from a business operations perspective, including pilots and product changes.
•Partner with Solutions teams to represent client needs and ensure testing, setup requirements, and project artifacts enable faster BAU implementation.
•Incubate and refine accurate implementation documentation and create repeatable, scalable processes for new products and enhancements.
•Deliver training and produce implementation artifacts (processes, guides, presentations, forms, project plans, FAQs) for handover to Client Services delivery teams.
•Manage and coordinate project portfolios and pilots, communicating complex technical concepts and supporting client expectations through delivery and issue management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent work experience in a business analyst role in software or financial services).
•Minimum 10+ years of IT system knowledge with understanding of project management, technology, and applications.
•Experience leading project management for retail banking, card schemes, or new technologies for the payments industry.
•Strong working knowledge of payment processing systems including message routing, authorization, clearing & settlement, and client connectivity.
•Fluency in English and experience with EMV contact/contactless, card payment systems, digital products/services, and API/SDK technologies.
