Job Summary

Analyze, design, develop, and maintain software solutions that enhance customer experience within the SolCo business. Partner across the software lifecycle: build prototypes, support existing systems, model databases, write SQL for data extraction, and deliver usable user interfaces. Improve application quality through unit/integration/acceptance/load and usability testing, champion Agile practices, and share best practices while using modern front-end, cloud, and DevOps-informed approaches.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze software and application requirements, develop prototypes, and implement solutions using appropriate methods and technologies.
•Maintain and support existing software solutions while contributing to the continuous evolution of applications and systems.
•Use version control throughout development and collaborate on database modeling, maintenance, and SQL-based data extraction.
•Support user interface development, ensuring usability requirements are met, and identify risks to improve software quality.
•Promote Agile methodologies, support activity tracking and delivery of customer value, and advocate software development best practices.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
•Advanced English proficiency.
•Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with knowledge of ReactJS and other front-end technologies.
•Experience with Node.js and mobile application development using React Native.
•Experience with TDD and automated testing, version control with GitHub, plus knowledge of cloud computing and DevOps practices.
