Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead stakeholder management and authority coordination activities for infrastructure and utilities projects.
  • •Liaise with Abu Dhabi authorities and utility providers; manage authority approvals, permits, NOCs, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary design and construction teams to ensure stakeholder requirements are incorporated into project delivery.
  • •Facilitate meetings, workshops, and technical discussions with authorities and third-party stakeholders; track commitments, approvals, constraints, and risks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in stakeholder management and authority coordination.
  • •Dominant and extensive experience working in Abu Dhabi, including coordinating with Abu Dhabi government authorities and utility agencies.
  • •Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi authority procedures, approvals, and permitting processes.
  • •Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills.
