•Automate deployment and scaling of observability agents and collectors to reduce toil
•Collaborate with SRE teams and business partners to improve cross-service performance visibility and reliability

•Strong coding skills in SPL, Go (and/or Python/Ruby) for internal tools and automation
•Distributed systems knowledge: Linux internals, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing), and Kubernetes/EKS
