Key Responsibilities

  • •Own infrastructure delivery across the portfolio from pre-construction through commissioning and operational launch, including early-stage site design input.
  • •Develop electrical load requirements and translate operational needs into designs that can be advanced by external partners through detailed design and permitting.
  • •Oversee concurrent, multi-site infrastructure deployments across markets, managing priorities, resources, risks, and delivery outcomes (schedule, budget, safety, quality).
  • •Build scalable delivery processes and governance, including project controls, stage gates, reporting, documentation, and escalation mechanisms.
  • •Lead contractor and partner oversight (design coordination, permitting/zoning, procurement, commissioning, turnover) and manage CapEx budgeting/forecasting, change management, and schedule performance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a technical construction management role (EV charging, retail fueling/gas stations, renewables, data centers, or other physical infrastructure development preferred).
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •Must be able to review architectural/civil drawings and electrical diagrams; electrical engineering degree preferred.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale, multi-site infrastructure projects across multiple deployments.
  • •Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, change order management, and CapEx oversight) and mastery of project scheduling concepts including CPM.
