Job Summary

Build and scale an Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation practice across Dubai and the GCC, defining offerings and delivery capability. Lead enterprise-scale multi-agent programs using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365, while embedding agentic RAG and MCP servers into client ecosystems. Own pre-sales activities (RFPs and solutioning), hire and coach talent, and represent the firm in Microsoft and industry circles, ensuring responsible AI governance.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and expand an Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation practice in Dubai and the GCC, shaping offerings and market presence.
•Deliver enterprise-scale multi-agent, cross-platform solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.
•Embed agentic architectures (multi-agent, agentic RAG, MCP servers) into client ecosystems to accelerate automation and decision-making.
•Implement governance and orchestration frameworks to safely deploy, monitor, and scale AI assistants and Copilot agents across domains.
•Own pre-sales activities (RFP responses and client solutioning) and recruit, mentor, and develop talent across consulting, engineering, and delivery roles.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or MSc preferred.
•8–12 years in consulting, AI, or automation leadership, with at least 3 years in client-facing delivery, practice-building, or business development roles.
•Demonstrated ability to build and scale practices (strategy, offerings, recruiting, and growing market share).
•Proven track record of hiring, coaching, and developing teams and delivering end-to-end solutions (client problem definition, architecture design, deployment).
•Hands-on expertise with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Python, C#, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, multi-agent architectures, agentic RAG, and MCP servers; fluency in English required (Arabic is an asset).
