Job Summary

FP&A Controller responsible for consolidating financial planning, reporting, and forecasting for Edenred Portugal. You’ll produce monthly/quarterly/annual reports, develop budgets and multi-scenario forecasts, analyze CAPEX/OPEX and channel performance, drive improvements in reporting processes, and contribute to remuneration policy development. The role involves data storytelling, analytical diagnostics, and close collaboration with local and group finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Edenred Portugal close reporting and assist group consolidation.
•Create, populate and verify financial and non-financial metrics.
•Develop budgets and forecasts with multi-scenario, predictive and trend analyses; monitor execution and variances.
•Analyze CAPEX and OPEX investments by cost centers and assess reasonableness of estimates to identify profitability improvements and savings.
•Assess sales channel performance, profitability and churn; compare with historical trends and implement reporting/consolidation process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Licenciatura em Finanças, Economia, Gestão de Empresas ou similar;
•Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in accounting, internal audit or management control;
•Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel;
•Power BI proficiency;
•Fluency in Portuguese and English, written and spoken
