Provide technical leadership within a cross-functional Product-Oriented Delivery team delivering cloud-native applications, data platforms, and AI-enabled digital solutions for Cementing operations. Own solution design and delivery of full-stack software, including frontend apps, backend services, RESTful APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Set technical direction across software, data, and architecture, coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, and mentor engineers through standards, security, quality, and scalable delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the technical lead within a cross-functional POD, translating product objectives into technical architecture and coordinated delivery priorities.
•Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack software solutions for Cementing products and operations.
•Design and develop scalable frontend applications, backend services, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native platforms.
•Establish and promote technical direction and standards across software engineering, data engineering, testing, security requirements, and software-quality processes.
•Design and optimize cloud-native, containerized, microservices-based, distributed-system architectures; develop scalable data pipelines, APIs, and data products, and review quality, security, scalability, reliability, and performance throughout delivery.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience (or 14 years equivalent software development experience).
•Extensive experience building modern full-stack applications with frontend frameworks, backend services, and RESTful APIs.
•Experience designing cloud-native, containerized applications and distributed systems.
•Demonstrated technical leadership through expertise, influence, coordination, mentoring, and hands-on delivery.
