Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and sustain Photo EUV equipment and/or related processes in collaboration with production and area engineers.
  • •Monitor tool performance, schedule work, coordinate with vendor ASML, and perform preventive maintenance on assigned tool sets.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues using mechanical, electronic, and PC/software skills.
  • •Assist with equipment installs and engineering tests, and create or modify equipment procedures.
  • •Increase tool uptime through systematic problem solving and thorough documentation of maintenance activities.
