Job Summary

Own key balance sheet and income statement components for the North America controllership team, driving accurate period-end close, complex journal entries, and quarterly account reconciliations. Partner with FP&A, SEC Reporting, and global finance shared services to support SEC filings and deliver reliable internal and external reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Redesign financial processes to identify inefficiencies and automate routine tasks such as journal entries and account reconciliations using Power BI and AI models.
•Prepare complex journal entries to support period-end close and own balance sheet/income statement components with month-end review and variance analysis.
•Perform quarterly account reconciliation reviews in Blackline to ensure compliance with accounting policies and U.S. GAAP.
•Research and document accounting conclusions in accordance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies.
•Maintain SOX compliance through process documentation and control execution; prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages supporting SEC filings.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years with an advanced degree; or 0 years with a PhD).

•Proficiency with Oracle (including FCCS) and advanced Excel skills.
•Proven ability to drive process improvements and use automation/AI to enhance accounting processes, analysis, and reporting.
