Provide industry-leading client service in-branch and by phone while building and expanding new and existing client relationships. Use consultative conversations to match clients with financial solutions across deposit, credit, convenience, and other product lines, referring more complex needs to internal specialists. Cross-train to support teller duties, follow internal controls and risk management, and help meet individual and branch sales targets through ongoing product and sales training.
