Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the consolidated operating model across revenue, expenses, headcount, unit economics, and the balance sheet, including key assumptions.
  • •Lead the annual operating plan and maintain the rolling forecast and long-range plan, delivering variance and performance analysis with recommended actions.
  • •Partner with Product, Revenue, and Operations to define KPIs and financial frameworks; build dashboards and reporting for revenue drivers, product economics, and trends.
  • •Develop scenario/sensitivity analyses and model economics for new products, markets, and growth initiatives; build investment cases and track realized performance.
  • •Support board and investor reporting, fundraising/financing activity, and capital allocation/treasury strategy, including liquidity management and yield optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years of experience across strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, consulting, or related fields in a high-growth environment.
  • •Demonstrated ownership of company-level or major business-unit financial model, forecast, and planning processes.
  • •Strong FP&A capabilities across forecasting, KPI development, performance analysis, scenario planning, and business partnering.
  • •Advanced financial modeling skills, including three-statement modeling and the ability to evaluate opportunities without straightforward public comparables.
  • •Direct experience producing board and investor materials and supporting end-to-end fundraising/financing transactions, including investor models and diligence Q&A.
