Foreign Exchange Investigation Specialist - Operations

Investigate and resolve foreign exchange payment settlement issues across the global correspondent banking network. You’ll research Nostro account breaks, handle beneficiary claims and exceptions, and generate SWIFT messages to correct and re-effect payments. Partner with Front Office, Sales, Middle Office, and Operations to deliver timely resolutions, analyze root causes, and recommend process improvements that reduce operational risk and improve efficiency.
