Safety & Security Sr. Manager

Lead and operationalize the Safety & Security function across all company sites by building governance, policies, procedures, and operational controls to protect people, assets, and facilities. Own physical security systems and access control operations (e.g., CCTV, intrusion detection, alarms), establish emergency response/ERT readiness, and manage vendors with KPI/SLAs. Drive Saudi regulatory and Civil Defence compliance, audits, incident investigations, and executive reporting.
