Ensure homeowners’ solar-related loans are properly assumed and serviced, coordinating with escrow agents, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and borrowers. Track distressed accounts, draft required waivers and contingent agreements, and support compliant resolution processes. Review accounts for modification, work with vendors to process changes, analyze delinquency data, and compile weekly status and activity reporting while operating within the bank’s risk appetite.
