Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a strategic finance partner to consumer business leaders and the FP&A team by defining, tracking, analyzing, and communicating key metrics to guide decisions.
  • •Own analysis and reporting of underlying drivers of monthly business performance and lead topline updates and business deep dives across time horizons.
  • •Build, enhance, and manage scalable financial models, including regional forecasts, LTV/CAC framework, content benchmarking, and marketing ROI analyses.
  • •Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, systems, and tools to streamline forecasting cycles, enhance data accuracy, and improve reporting automation and scalability.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive, relevant experience in FP&A.
  • •Ability to build relationships and deliver decision support analyses to diverse stakeholders.
  • •Direct experience with Excel, G-suite, NetSuite, and planning systems such as IBM TM1 and Oracle Essbase.
  • •Strong financial modeling skills, including understanding of US GAAP revenue recognition standards.
  • •Ability to analyze large volumes of data and communicate insights effectively.
