Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead motion graphics design and animation for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising.
  • •Conceptualize storyboards and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives, maintaining visual consistency and technical quality.
  • •Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven content; present concepts to stakeholders.
  • •Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution; coordinate with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers for cohesive multimedia output.
  • •Oversee motion production from concept to delivery, build reusable templates and motion design systems, and troubleshoot animation/rendering/visual effects issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field.
  • •5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production.
  • •Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (Cinema 4D, Blender a plus).
  • •Strong storytelling, timing, and visual composition skills.
  • •Portfolio/showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work.
