  • •Manage a large-scale project budget and provide monthly report outs to senior leadership on project status.
  • •Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas; define key performance metrics with business leaders.
  • •Provide financial insights for operational decision-making, including evaluating capital deployment opportunities and new projects.
  • •Create financial models to assess scenario impacts and monitor KPIs and operational metrics against targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to travel up to 25% for the first 18–24 months (mainly to Eaton Fibrebond in Minden, LA).
  • •Ability to understand and communicate financial concepts to non-financial professionals.
