Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive timelines and resources for key maintenance and construction-related projects, and evaluate cost reduction suggestions.
  • •Partner with procurement to execute purchase of required materials and services; support O&M teams with operation, spares, and PM material acquisition.
  • •Perform punch list walkthroughs with construction leads and host contractors, managing schedule, access, security, and materials.
  • •Participate in functional and operational acceptance testing for new and upgraded systems, using metrics to evaluate past performance and inform decisions.
  • •Lead reliability and cost-efficiency initiatives (including TPM), track METS and out-of-conformance issues, support continuous improvement, and perform Job Hazard Analysis to reduce safety and environmental incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field, plus five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the role or a related occupation.
  • •Strong project management and construction management experience, including commissioning of completed projects.
  • •Experience operating industrial facilities or building systems, including blueprint interpretation.
  • •Ability to monitor and improve system performance using metrics and analysis, and to lead operational and cost-efficiency initiatives.
  • •Experience evaluating cost reduction suggestions and supporting budget input for maintenance planned for upcoming periods.
