Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage analysis and transaction execution, including origination, structuring, and financial modelling/pitching aligned to business strategy and CIBG income and transaction targets.
  • •Lead origination and structuring of finance transactions, managing the process and verifying documentation completion for compliance with bank requirements.
  • •Review financial models and direct pitch book preparation, comparative analysis, research, and critical evaluation to support profitable new-to-bank and new-to-client transactions.
  • •Lead and review transaction execution to meet deadlines, customer expectations, and contractual obligations of ADCB mandates.
  • •Manage syndication and distribution activities, including distribution strategy, distribution mandates, and book running to ensure successful execution.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in an international banking environment, with hands-on origination, structuring, and execution of financing, syndications, and capital markets transactions.
  • •Experience preparing pitch books.
  • •Ability to review complex financial models and conduct in-depth financial analysis.
  • •Master’s (or equivalent) with Honors in Engineering (Electrical/Civil/Mechanical), Pure Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, or Finance.
  • •Ability to manage transaction documentation checks to ensure compliance with bank requirements.
