Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage planned and unplanned operational activities related to Wellbore Interventions (Conventional Fishing & WBCO).
  • •Serve as primary contact for job preparation, execution, and close out, managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Coordinate and monitor all job activities to ensure successful completion of Wellbore Interventions projects.
  • •Ensure prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery and clients’ objectives.
  • •Understand assigned contracts and quotes and ensure invoices are correctly issued; ensure Service Delivery Perfect Execution (SDPE) throughout the lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a Bachelor’s (or equivalent) in Engineering or a similar field, or a High School Diploma with relevant experience in a similar role.
  • •Have 10 years of experience in Wellbore Interventions.
  • •Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of Fishing Operations and WBCO operations.
  • •Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in English.
  • •Show effective interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence others and lead teams.
