Key Requirements

  • •Strong ownership and proven problem-solving ability with a portfolio, GitHub, or demo of a real automation you built for real users.
  • •Production experience with UI automation (e.g., Playwright, accessibility-tree frameworks like FlaUI, or an RPA platform you’ve outgrown).
  • •Primary language experience in Python; C# or TypeScript is a bonus.
  • •Deterministic-systems instincts including queues, retries, idempotency, and exception handling; make failures loud and correct.
  • •Experience with secure handling of sensitive data and comfort automating against brittle or undocumented third-party interfaces.
