Drive growth for Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling across key markets in the GAS region from a portfolio in Germany, with a strong focus on the northern area. Own regional account strategy aligned to EMEA priorities, analyze market trends, and strengthen brand visibility at point of sale. Deliver seasonal and annual sales/profit targets by executing Go-To-Market plans, developing existing accounts, and expanding into new lifestyle channels.

•Execute the seasonal Go-To-Market process with local adaptation and support sell-in and sell-through performance.
•Develop existing accounts and expand into new lifestyle channels by shaping distribution and assortment strategies.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in lifestyle sales in Germany for bags, backpacks, luggage, or apparel.

•Strong strategic mindset with attention to detail.
•Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
•Fluent in German and English; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
