Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and drive efficiency across section work processes using key performance indicators
  • •Establish and sustain a dedicated quality control culture (e.g., SPC/FDC/defense line) and maintain change system management
  • •Formulate and drive fixes for main yield issues and identify IDL detractors across products
  • •Develop and sustain the workforce through talent selection, succession management, and performance management culture
  • •Ensure Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) due diligence, training completion, and timely preventative/corrective actions

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or equivalent experience in an engineering-related field
  • •At least 4 years of experience as an IMP or device field in semiconductor; E3 above
  • •Demonstrated success in a Micron Manager position
  • •Advanced understanding of DRAM process and module team structure, standards, and processes
  • •Strong communication/presentation skills and data analysis/problem-solving/troubleshooting abilities
